Bimbo Canada $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card Offer (the “Offer”) is sponsored by Bimbo Canada (the “Sponsor). Offer begins on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET. (the “Offer Period”). The Offer is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. $5 Walmart Gift Card Offer is subject to availability. Quantities limited to 5,000 $5 Walmart Gift Cards.  The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.

Offer Description:

Buy any three (3) participating Bimbo Canada products in one (1) transaction on a single receipt from any Walmart retail store in Canada or online at https://www.walmart.ca/, snap a photo of the receipt, and upload to buy3get5dollars.ca by November 19 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

One (1) $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card per validated Receipt. Five thousand (5,000) $5 Walmart Digital Gift Cards available. The first five thousand (5,000) uploaded and validated receipts will be fulfilled. Maximum 3 redemptions per person.  Limited time offer. While quantities last.

How to Redeem:

1. Purchase any three (3) participating Bimbo Canada products listed below (the “Participating Products”) in one (1) transaction on one (1) Walmart Canada store or www.walmart.ca receipt (the “Receipt”) during the Offer Period. Only one (1) $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card per valid single Receipt permitted. Purchasing more than three (3) participating products on a single receipt will not qualify you for multiple gift cards.
   
   Participating Products may vary by region and are subject to availability and defined below on Schedule A.
2. Redeem by uploading your Receipt online at buy3get5dollars.ca
   
   (the “Offer Website”) and follow the link to the registration web page.
3. Complete the registration form on the Offer Website by filling in your name and email address and upload a photo of the Receipt, clearly showing the store name and address or that is it a purchase on www.walmart.ca, the date and time of transaction, and any three (3) Participating Products as outlined above in a single transaction purchased during Offer Period.
4. One (1) $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card will be released once your submission has been reviewed and determined it meets the Offer requirements while quantities last.
5. You will receive an email confirming your submission and whether it’s been approved or rejected. If approved, you will receive one (1) $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card via email within 2 to 4 weeks from submission.  If rejected, you will get an email that will state the reason for its rejection. The reasons for submission rejections include but are not limited to (a) failure to pass anti-fraud detection system; (b) is unauthorized, fake, not from a participating store or has been illegitimately obtained; (c) contains any messages or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (d) is illegible, unreadable, not in focus or blank; (e) has been previously used; (f) does not include the Participating Products, the correct number of Participating Products or is not during the Offer Period; or (g) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.
6. By participating in the Offer and/or voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each entrant consents and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information by the promotion administrator for the purpose of administering the promotion and fulfilling the Offer. The entrant’s personal information will only be used for purposes of the Offer administration and fulfillment by the Offer administrator and for no other purpose and will not be disclosed by the Offer administrator to any third party except as is necessary for the above stated purposes.
7. By participating in the Offer, entrants agree that the Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in the Offer or acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of the $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card or any part thereof, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, (collectively, the “Releasees”) from all claims or damages arising out of entrant’s participation in the Offer and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the Snack Bowl(s), or any part thereof.
